Machinery Description
This Machinery is used to produce PVC fibre hose, which has three layers,the ourter and inner layer
are made of soft PVC, middle layer is terylene fibre, which has good chemical and physical property
It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressure or corrosion gas, widely used in the
machinery,Garden Hose,coal mine, oil, chemical, agriculture irrigation and buildings.
Process flow:
Raw material+additive→mixing→granulating→conveying feeding→single screw extruder→extruding mould→spray cooling water tank→belt haul-off→fibre winder→warm-up oven→single screw extruder→mould→spray cooling water tank→belt hual-off→meter measure→winder→finished product inspecting&packing
